Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s when you’re eligible for a refund:

1. Before Shipping

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it and we’ll issue a full refund.

2. Delivery Issues

A refund may also be processed in the following situations:

  • You chose not to accept the delivery.
  • You weren’t available during multiple delivery attempts.
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or couldn’t be reached.

For these cases, we’ll start the refund process once we get the item back from our delivery partner.

Refund Timeline & Method

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing the order:

  • Credit/Debit Cards – You’ll receive the amount back on your card within 8–9 business days after we get the returned item.
  • Net Banking – The refund will reflect in your bank account within 8–9 business days after the return is received.
